This house started out as a small bungalow in the west end of Toronto that simply did not function anymore for a growing family of four. The clients loved the neighbourhood and their history with the home so decided to build a second story and open up the main floor to a more modern, light-filled layout. We worked closely with the clients and builder to fine-tune the layout, custom-design the kitchen and select finishes throughout.The clients were thrilled to acquire the space they needed, but most importantly to create a new home and new memories without needing to move.
