This full home renovation, including two additions, located in the scenic town of Caledon, Ontario was very thoughtful in its planning. The property is special with views of the CN Tower and Toronto skyline in the distance. My clients wanted to take advantage of these views so we opened up the back of the house on the main and second level with floor-to-ceiling doors and windows.

 

This project was a true team effort and we worked closely with the amazing contracting company and local craftspeople. My clients wanted a light and airy, open and modern, home that was tailored to their lifestyle and for entertaining family and friends. This was achieved through removing many of the walls on the main floor, adding lots of beautiful glass doors, windows and custom staircase that created a flow from inside to outside. On the second floor we built a new kids' living and sleeping zone and a master retreat.

 

Not only was this project about the functional improvement of the home, but it was especially about the relationship between lifestyle and living. There's a calm serenity to it that we are thrilled to have helped achieve.
